Site A

Site A is located at the top of the site off Billet Road and will be the first part of the Masterplan area to be delivered.

Bellway has submitted a separate planning application to Redbridge Council to seek planning permission for site A.

Site A summary

  • 153 new homes including a mix of one to three bedroom flats and three and four bedroom houses.

  • Affordable housing with a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rent. All homes will be built tenure blind.

  • Housing character that reflects the local Green Edge context and is inspired by the local history.

  • Sustainable drainage systems that utilise swales to manage surface water run-off.

  • 98 car parking spaces, including visitor parking, and 248 cycle spaces.

  • Building heights range from two storey houses up to six storey feature flat blocks.
