Bellway will submit a separate planning application to Redbridge Council to seek planning permission for site B.

A Community Hub with 10,000 sq ft of flexible floorspace and 9,203 sq ft of retail space
A wider network of public open spaces, including play spaces
A mixture of 525 new homes, including starter and family homes
Affordable housing with a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rent. All homes will be built tenure blind
Typically low to mid rise, with low rise closest to existing homes
Sustainable drainage systems that utilise swales to manage surface water run-off
Emphasis on sustainability, from community gardening to use of renewable technologies
