Site B

Site A will be the second part of the Masterplan area to be delivered.

Bellway will submit a separate planning application to Redbridge Council to seek planning permission for site B.

Site B summary

  • A Central Billet Park with a variety of spaces to cater to all age groups

  • A Community Hub with 10,000 sq ft of flexible floorspace and 9,203 sq ft of retail space

  • A wider network of public open spaces, including play spaces

  • A mixture of 525 new homes, including starter and family homes

  • Affordable housing with a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rent. All homes will be built tenure blind

  • Typically low to mid rise, with low rise closest to existing homes

  • Sustainable drainage systems that utilise swales to manage surface water run-off

  • Emphasis on sustainability, from community gardening to use of renewable technologies

  • Tree lined streets and green corridors
